About the service

Our physiotherapist can provide treatments to assist in the management of pain, prescribe home-based exercise programs to improve things like strength, range of motion and mobility, implement falls prevention strategies, offer education and advice on the management of specific conditions and make recommendations for mobility aids and assistive equipment – just to name a few.

Our clinicians utilise the latest research to design treatment programs that are evidence-based, efficient and effective.

How does it work?

Physiotherapy services are covered by the NDIS. Physiotherapy can exist in various sections of your NDIS plan, as core support or as capacity-building support. Our Physiotherapists can also assist in prescribing appropriate capital supports.

Core Supports

Core supports are supports that enable NDIS participants to complete activities of daily living and enable participants to work towards their goals and meet their objectives. Transport and assistance with household tasks are examples of core supports.

Capital Supports

Capital supports are supports that form an investment. Assistive technologies, such as equipment and home modifications, are types of capital supports.

Capacity Building Supports

Capacity building supports are supports that enable NDIS participants to build their independence and skills. Workplace assistance and community participation activities are examples of capacity building supports.

Our mobile physiotherapists have all of the equipment they need to carry out in-home treatments and assessments of any type.

Physiotherapists can provide treatment and advice to support several disabilities and chronic conditions, such as:

  • Acquired brain injuries

  • Alzheimer’s Disease

  • Cerebral Palsy

  • Genetic and chromosomal disorders

  • Intellectual disabilities

  • Multiple sclerosis

  • Neurological conditions

  • Physical disabilities

  • Spinal cord injuries

  • Strokes
