This may include recommending and implementing any home changes to assist with improving independence levels and client safety. Our staff are experts at equipment prescription and return from hospital planning.

Home Care Packages
Occupational Therapy can be accessed with funds from a home care package. We partner with approved home care providers to assist in delivering occupational therapy services to their clients. We work with providers to ensure that all services are delivered within the constraints of their homecare budget. Home visits, recommendations and delivery of environmental modifications and even equipment purchasing can all be funded through home care packages, meaning no out of pocket expenses to the consumer. Our clinicians ensure a person-centred approach, implementing strategies to enable effective communication between all key stakeholders.
