Whilst we value importance of pain management treatments for older adults, we also recognise that contract services need to be financially viable. Our experienced ACFI experts are available to complete a no-obligation and cost-free comprehensive audit of all of your resident’s complex healthcare claims. We identify potential for uplift through pain management claims (3, 4a, 4b), and devise a plan of implementation.

Our auditing process includes a review of current complex healthcare claim items, with each resident reviewed to see whether there is potential for them to move from nil, low or medium to a higher claim.
Each audit includes projections of available immediate uplift vs future uplift, based on the ACFI business rules.
Following the audit, our allied health staff will assess all of the residents identified who have potential for improved funding levels, complete the relevant documentation requirements and commence treatments. Our objective is to ensure that you receive the funding you deserve, and residents receive the treatments they need.
